Our small but mighty team is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with staff working remotely across the country. We manage day‑to‑day operations and coordinate communications with 4-H in participating states and international partners. Our work includes developing materials for states, creating evaluations for youth delegates and host families, and overseeing logistics for both inbound and outbound programs.
Our executive director partners closely with the board to shape budgets and policies, maintain strong existing partnerships, and pursue new opportunities that advance our mission.
